JOB DESCRIPTION:


Responsibilities 
The Sales Account Manager is responsible for 
managing all aspects of the overall relationship 
with each assigned Original Equipment 
Manufacturer (OEM) account. Develops sales 
opportunities with new OEM customers through 
prospecting and needs-based selling. Maintains 
and follows up on existing OEM customers through 
regular communication and site visits. Records 
follow-up issues, action items, discussion 
points and market intelligence gathered from 
interactions with OEM customers in the Customer 
Relationship Management system. Reviews the 
customer specifications to address technical 
issues, ensuring compatibility with 
Paneltronics' engineering and manufacturing 
capabilities.

50% of the time
 Desired Experience and/or Training 



Minimum of 5 years of technical sales experience 
calling on OEM manufactures of Off-Highway, 
Construction, Fire and Safety, Transportation or 
Specialty Vehicles


Four-year Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or 
Mechanicall Engineering or equivalent hands-on 
knowledge in preferred key industries


Practical knowledge of the electrical and 
mechanical standards as it applies in relation 
to the design of industrial or marine components 
and systems


Proven successful track record interfacing with 
engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, customer 
service and executive management functions at 
OEM accounts


Experienced user of Microsoft Office, including 
Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications


Practical Knowledge of Customer Relationship 
Management systems


Excellent verbal and written communication skills
