We are seeking a highly motivated Quality 
Engineer to develop and implement Quality and 
Lean Manufacturing activities associated with 
the development of new medical devices and the 
continued support of current products. The goal 
of this role is to improve or maintain product 
quality, cost and delivery across the company’s 
offerings.  This position conducts analysis 
including verifications and validations to 
understand product and process capability and 
consistency, and monitoring of product to 
identify opportunities to improve the overall 
manufacturing process.  The ideal candidate must 
be capable of managing those initiatives to 
completion.  A bachelor’s degree in related 
field required, engineering or bio-engineering 
degree preferred.  Three years Quality or 
Manufacturing Engineering experience required, 
supplier quality engineer experience preferred.  
Experience working in a regulated industry, such 
as medical device, aerospace, automotive, etc. 
required.  Experience with manufacturing 
engineering tasks such as design of tooling, 
development of manufacturing procedures / 
processes, troubleshooting devices etc is a plus.
