The Director of Manufacturing is responsible for 
all manufacturing operations, including 
financial, production, safety, and quality 
performance for multiple, profitable, high 
visibility Global Food and Beverage blow-molding 
facilities. This position is responsible for the 
following:

·         Accountability for profitability, 
customer service, and operational excellence at 
Global Beverage facilities.

·         Partner with business unit leaders to 
formulate and implement strategy to support and 
achieve established objectives and initiatives.

·         Provide direction, supervision, and 
leadership to plant managers in order to deliver 
key performance results.

·         Participate as an active member on 
commercial teams servicing major customers’ 
needs.

·         Establish financial and operating 
objectives (KPI's) for the plants. 

·         Plan, organize, and implement actions 
to accomplish goals and meet customer 
requirements. 

·         Foster and operate in a continuous 
improvement environment. 

·         Maintain cooperative and productive 
relationships with customers and employees. 

 

Key Qualifications:  

10+ years manufacturing management experience in 
a high volume manufacturing environment is 
required. 

Multi-plant management experience preferred. 

Experience in a blow molding operation is 
desired. 

Strong financial management and analytical skills

Ability to interact with employees at all levels 
in the organization

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Previous knowledge or experience with Lean 
Manufacturing implementation or practices. Data-
driven quality leadership. 

Strong financial acumen.

 


Education: 

 

BA/BS in management, engineering or related 
field preferred
