• Actively monitor production rates, analyze well tests and make recommendations for improving the performance of producing wells, artificial lift systems and facilities • Engineering design, planning and written procedures for all planned well and facility construction • Provide direct supervision of contract field operations and personnel • Work with geoscience teams to validate development ideas • Perform economic evaluation, prepare AFEs and get financial approval for all work • Prepare all necessary regulatory permit documents and obtain required approvals • Participate in annual work program, budget, and production forecast planning • Manage waterflood operations and surveillance work • Design and install lift equipment for wells as needed KEY SUCCESS FACTORS: EDUCATION: • BS in Petroleum Engineering or related engineering discipline • Advanced degree preferred EXPERIENCE: • +15 years of relevant E&P company experience in production engineering and field operations PRIMARY SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES (TECHNICAL & LEADERSHIP COMPETENCIES): • High level of production engineering expertise with experience in all types of operations related to the full life cycle of producing oil wells, including: Completions, recompletions and workovers Interventions including slick line, electric line and coiled tubing operations Artificial lift design, installation and maintenance Facility installation and operations • Strong communication and organizational skills - able to work well with field personnel, geoscience team, peers, management and stakeholders • Proven track record of financial performance and responsibility with experience in budget and schedule planning, AFE preparation and economic Broadcast My Resume To 1000's of Employers and Recruiters in One Click ! |
