This Manufacturing Engineer / Maintenance 
Leader  needs to be able to make a contribution 
to the success of the Company from day one in 
the following areas:

Assume ownership of the manufacturing 
engineering process company wide.
Direct Manufacturing Engineering use of the 
corporate ERP system as well as all CAD/CAM 
equipment.
Participate in ongoing automation projects and 
provide leadership in the planning phase of new 
projects.
Participate in the specification and purchasing 
of new equipment, machinery and technologies, 
such as CNC, PLC, and ladder controls. Then lead 
implementation of same, including the management 
of outside service and equipment providers. 
Establish balance between internal staff / 
functions and outsourced partnership functions.
 
Establish and maintain human factor analysis, 
ergonomics and time studies for synchronous and 
lean manufacturing initiatives.


Participate on Improvement Teams to maximize the 
utility of our ERP system by providing physical 
improvements, time studies and workflow design.
Direct and supervise the Maintenance function of 
the Company, including all personnel, inventory, 
maintenance facility, equipment machinery and 
hand tools.
Direct the use of the company maintenance 
software, including Work Order module as well 
asTPM module.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our Company operates from a developed strategic 
plan which in turn is  supported by the 
Manufacturing Engineering / Maintenance 
Improvement Plan. The Manufacturing Engineer / 
Maintenance Leader plays a pivotal role in the 
physical infrastructure of the entire facility, 
including: all plant layouts, machinery, 
equipment, tools, fixtures and material 
handling. Understand and utilize the company 
ERP, CAD / CAM, and Maintenance software. Takes 
a leadership role in the planning phase of new 
projects. Specifies, and makes recommendation 
for the purchase of new equipment, machinery and 
technologies. Leads implementation projects and 
manages outside service providers and 
installers. Participate on Improvement Teams to

and workflow design. Direct and supervise the 
Maintenance function of the Company, including 
all personnel, inventory, maintenance facility, 
equipment machinery and hand tools. Preference  
given to candidates with a college degree, SME 
Certification and / or a commitment to 
continuing growth and development through 
educational experiences such as seminars or 
courses.
