JOB DESCRIPTION:


Specifically, the Product Manager will have the 
following responsibilities:

Product Development
1.       Defining the product development 
priorities for the company in collaboration with 
the management team and sales team. 
2.       Understanding the competitive landscape 
and developing a business case for each product.
3.       Identifying and collaborating with 
external content experts on the definition and 
development of each product.
4.       Developing product use cases, testing 
their value and incorporating them into the 
detailed product design documents.
5.       Collaborating with the Voxiva technical 
team to design, develop and iterate each product.
6.       Managing the content and business / 
clinical rules incorporated into each product on 
an ongoing basis.
7.       Guiding the design of customized 
solutions for clients that have the potential to 
evolve into products.
8.       Working with Voxiva’s Marketing team to 
launch and promote the product.
9.       Maintenance of demonstration systems.
Product Marketing / Sales Support
1.       Supporting the sales organization with 
customer engagements and presentations on the 
HealthConnect services.
2.       Supporting the sales organization with 
the development of proposals involving Voxiva’s 
HealthConnect services
3.       Development of the content for 
marketing materials on Voxiva’s HealthConnect 
services including web materials, customer 
presentations and product fact sheets
4.       Delivering customer demonstrations on 
the HealthConnect services


Required Skills/ Experience:

·         BA/BS degree; MPH preferred or similar 
health-related qualifications.
·         Minimum 3-5 years experience in 
product management or development with a focus 
on health communications, behavioral change or 
disease management.
·         Expert knowledge of the US healthcare 
market, trends and business needs.
·         Experience with software product 
development and an understanding of the 
requirements of complex healthcare software 
solutions a plus.
·         Excellent oral, written and 
presentation communication skills.
·         Proven strategic product development 
and marketing skills. 
·         Strong team collaboration, 
organizational and planning skills.
·         Must be able to travel a minimum of 
10% of the time.
