Present and verify accuracy of all customer / patient paperwork. Schedule and confirm appointments and follow-up visits. Ensure smooth flow of customers through store. Call customers for product waiting to be dispensed. Maintain neat and orderly front desk and waiting room. Requirements Excellent customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills. Effective interpersonal skills. Must accurately transcribe words and numbers. Experience in handling multiple phone lines.
