Responsibilities
 
Assist in the budget and forecast process
Assist in the preparation of quarter-end financial reports and flux 
analysis
Perform ad hoc analysis and modeling of expense and headcount
Provide expense, bookings, revenue, and headcount information in 
support of business case preparation
Ad Hoc - Be able to produce information for one time requests and 
assist in various special projects as needed
Assist in preparation of monthly operations review metrics and 
operational dashboards
Analysis - Provide commentary on trends and be able to drill down on 
problem or opportunity areas

Experience
 
Experience, Knowledge and Skills
0-2 years of work experience in accounting and/or finance
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency with Excel / Experience with Hyperion, and SAP a plus.
Strong attention to detail and the desire to take ownership of a 
project
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self confident, strong team player attitude a must.  Must be a self-
starter
Bachelors in Finance, Accounting (3.5 GPA on 4.0 Scale)
MBA a plus
