Manufacturing/Tooling Engineers
 

The position scope includes, but is not limited 
to

Managing all quality inputs at early design 
events to produce a robust manufacturing process 
(welding, hemming or dies);
Managing all PCF builds including all incoming 
subs and stamping;
Preparing presentations for all quality events 
(design phase, PCF phases and hard tool build 
phase) and provide presentations to the 
customer; and
Following programs from early designs through 
launch at the customer's plant.
 

The successful candidate must possess: 
A bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering 
or a combination of an engineering degree and an 
extensive and proven knowledge of and practical 
experience with welding theory and materials;
A demonstrated capability and proficiency with 
manufacturing planning, processing and 
techniques and customer relations;
Significant production manufacturing experience 
in an automated environment; 
An ability and willingness to travel and 
An ability to work well with others as part of a 
team.
