Position Requirements

• Maintains journal and cash record, general ledger and subsidiary 
ledgers.
• Computes income and expense accruals.
• Prepares monthly statement of income and expenses, statement of 
financial condition and supplementary statements.
• Reconciles monthly bank statements with general ledger cash 
accounts.
• Prepares monthly analyses of general ledger accounts.
• Analyzes and interprets accounting records.
• Prepares and maintains budget projections for cash flow, income 
and expenses, assets and liabilities, and dividends.
• Prepares annual personal property tax statements.
• Gives occupational guidance to Credit Union accounting clerks.
• Performs other functions as assigned. 

Preferred Skills and Abilities

• Strong working knowledge of Crystal Reporting, Excel, and Access.
• Self-starter with superior analytical and problem-solving 
abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
