JOB DESCRIPTION:



The Project Manger oversees capital renovation projects for Loews 
Hotels & Resorts.

Prepare capital budget, construction cost estimates for budgeting, 
prepare Furniture, Fixture, & Equipment (FF&E) scope and budget. 
Manage Consultants, Contractors, Designers, and Operators during the 
process of budgeting, scope development, design, documentation, bid, 
award, execution, construction, installation, and closeout. Complete 
projects on budget and on schedule. Prepare preliminary Construction 
and FF&E estimates, prepare bid requests, de-scope, proposals. 
Prepare Requests for Proposals, and contract execution. Manage 
Timberline systems and act as systems / department expert in the use 
of the Timberline capital accounting system. Conduct regular update 
calls/ meeting and prepare status reports. Input requisitions in 
Timberline for PO processing, review for approval and committing of 
PO. Monitor, report, and enforce Hotel compliance to corporate 
design standards and 4 Diamond standards. Coordinate with Purchasing 
Team / Contractors / Design Team / Consultants on shop drawings and 
sample review process. Manage the awarding and buyout process, track 
budget.

Required Skills & Experience: 

Bachelors of Architecture / Interior Design Degree / or Engineering 
or Construction Management 
Minimum 5 years in design / construction in Hospitality field 
Excellent negotiation, organizational, oral, written communication 
skills and ability to work on multiple projects at the same time 
Experience with Timberline, Autocad, Mircosoft Project preferred 
Travel required less than 25%
