The HR Technology Senior Manager will be responsible for managing and leading software implementation projects for modules across a variety of Schwab’s Talent Management tools. You will be responsible for following standard delivery methodology, maintaining appropriate documentation, managing a team of HRIS Business Analysts and developing strong working relationships with internal business stakeholders. Project responsibilities will include guiding internal clients through a business process design, identification and clarification of requirements, application configuration, implementation, user acceptance and post-production support. The Senior Manager will be integral in helping Schwab enhance existing HR Technologies and implement new technologies we use to attract, on- board, manage and reward our more than 13,000 employees world-wide. Brief Description of Role: Provide overall people management for a small team of Business Systems Analysts, including supervision, development and mentoring Manage individual project plans, including identifying project resources and tools Assist project phase/activity owners in mapping out activities, work steps, resources required, timing, risks, issues, inter- dependencies, and expected outcomes Monitor project timelines for all Talent Management technology projects and annual planning (pay planning, performance management) and provide guidance on all activities, tasks, deliverables and project performance Promote adherence to change management best practices across projects Deliver strong project performance and predictable, repeatable project results Hands on involvement creating planning documents, design documents, technical documents, test plans and presentations to effect project objectives Facilitate communication and deliverables between functional areas Provide ad-hoc project-related reports and data as requested Identify and escalate risks and issues Serve as a subject matter expert to functional areas looking to create and establish project plans Technical/Functional Qualifications: Ability to manage projects in the midst of dynamic change and business growth Ability to exercise critical thinking and judgment in interpreting data related to program, projects and resources Excellent and effective organizational, interpersonal, and written/oral communication skills Strong collaborative, team building, and leadership skills Strong attention to detail Minimum Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or finance Previous HRIS implementation experience; HR Talent Management systems (self service, applicant tracking systems, total rewards, and on-boarding) experience highly preferred 8+ years of experience in technical project management Experience in working in an environment of dynamic change and growth Broadcast My Resume To 1000's of Employers and Recruiters in One Click ! |
