This position is responsible for assisting with the underwriting and 
due diligence process for all acquisitions, dispositions, and rehab 
of multi-family real estate. The Financial Analyst, Investments is 
also charged with maximizing the value of assigned residential 
properties to maximize the return on investment of the real estate 
assets.
Bachelors Degree in Real Estate, Accounting, Finance required. 1 - 3 
years experience; good understanding of financial concepts, such as 
IRR and NPV.  Must possess strong analytical skills, as well as 
strong written and verbal communication skills.
