Rand seeks structural engineers with solid field experience in 
building structures, facades, roofing, and structural 
rehabilitation. The position entails preparing construction 
documents and frequent interaction with clients, so good written and 
verbal skills are a must. New York State PE license a strong plus, 
but not required.
