General Manager.

Job Duties:
 
Follow the lead of the General Manager in running a high volume, 
upscale dining 
restaurant 
Ensure customers receive exceptional service
 Assist in all record keeping for the restaurant, from P&L reports 
to inventory, 
ordering, and receiving, daily logs, etc.
 Ensure current company standards are met and exceeded, correct 
where needed, 
and refer any complex issues to the General Manager
 Build positive relationships with vendors, guests, and employees
 Promote a positive atmosphere for workers of all levels
 Training, Coaching, Corrective action
 
Skills & experience we are looking for:
 
Currently a salaried Restaurant Manager in an upscale-casual 
restaurant 
environment within a corporate structure
 Ability to train, motivate, and supervise hourly team members
 Ability to handle high-volume restaurant operations
 Strong desire to Achieve
 Ambition to be the best and work for the best
 Demonstration of excellent restaurant management skills
