The Lead Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day 
to day operations 
of the Account Manager team. He/She will report to the Director, 
Client Services and 
provide updates as appropriate outlining objectives, issues, and 
accomplishments. 
He/She will assist in developing training materials, policies & 
procedures at the 
Director’s instruction.
