RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify prospective customers using established lead methods
Counsel and advise prospects of preened funeral planning products
Develop and maintain business relationships with policyholders and 
within community
Make group presentations to community centers, seniors and 
organizations
Sell preneed insurance products to individuals within assigned 
territory
Participate in various incentive programs and contests designed to 
support
achievement of production goals
Meet production goals for volume of quality new business quoted and 
written within
company guidelines
A strong desire to consistently meet monthly sales goals


SKILLS REQUIRED
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work history
Experience in sales or client service environment preferred
Highly effective communication skills - oral, written and group
Demonstrated persuasion and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and 
existing customers
Organizational skills and effective time management to succeed in a 
fast-paced
environment
High level of integrity
Desire to earn a competitive income
Ability to work well as part of a team or independently
Comfortable with in-home sales and conducting group presentations
Analytical skills to understand coverage details and underwriting 
guidelines
A good driving record
Dedication necessary to be successful
Solid work history
Bilingual would be a plus, not required
