3-5 years of recruiting  experience in technical and engineering 
fields.

Key responsibilities:

- Consulting with clients to determine needs and place appropriate 
employees on assignment
- Identifying recruiting sources
- Conducting interviews and making employment decisions
- Ensuring the availability of qualified associates through 
appropriate 
recruiting and skill matching
- Must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and 
be able to handle multiple tasks.
