Under the direction of the Sr. Vice President of Client Services, 
the Vice President of 
340B Operations and Implementation is responsible for all aspects of 
340B operations 
including implementation and 340B inventory management as well as 
PBM and PHM 
implementations. The incumbent will be called upon to provide 
leadership and 
demonstrate subject matter expertise through the pre and post 
implementation process 
including ongoing 340B operations. This position will interact with 
Senior management 
on critical functions of this position and will be responsible for 
ensuring program 
integrity and compliance with the federal and state defined rules 
and regulations 
associated with the 340B program; directing the implementation of 
new PBM and PHM 
clients and the overall quality of the 340B Program and to ensure 
client satisfaction and 
government compliance.
