SUMMARY:
Do you have experience in the Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) industry 
and thrive on 
growth and customer interaction?  Want to work for a company that is

bringing innovative technical solutions to the EOR industry?  
Reporting directly to 
the President, the Senior Technical Sales Representative will be a 
proven leader 
with 5 -10 years in the EOR industry selling proprietary products to 
EOR 
companies. We are looking for an individual that thrives on growth 
and can help 
propel new accounts.

This position will be based in the Houston area and will require 30% 
travel.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:
·	Work across manufacturing, logistics, technical and other 
departments 
to drive growth of new accounts.
·	Manage existing accounts, strengthening relationships and 
creating 
solid long term relationships with customers.
·	Initiate, develop, and maintain contact with decision makers 
within 
assigned territory, focusing on new business development, and 
troubleshooting 
customer issues.
·	Communication of price programs as well as communicating up-
to-date 
competitive market industrial product research data relative to the 
industry and 
local sales territory
·	Assist with development of short- and long-term sales goals
·	Conduct product/service solution presentations to key and 
target 
accounts
·	Generate and submit proposals to customers as requested

REQUIREMENTS:
1.	BS Engineering or related industry degree
2.	5-10 years of progressive sales, technical, operations, 
service or 
engineering experience in the EOR industry is required
3.	A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience is required in 
drilling fluids, 
production chemicals, or well stimulation.
4.	Must be able to able to effectively communicate both orally 
and in 
writing utilizing the English language
5.	Excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills
6.	Proficient Presentation Skills

Total Compensation will include base pay, vehicle allowance, bonus 
and a full 
comprehensive benefit package.
