Strong upstream well and land data knowledge is a must (we have no 
time to train)
Strong understanding of the upstream on-shore production-related  
processes from 
planning wells thru construction, drilling/completions and thru the 
production live 
cycle
Lead Data Analysis with Strong data analysis skills – everyone must 
have some 
ability to write PL/SQL to query backend DB’s to assess reality from 
gossip or 
fiction.
Absolutely critical are facilitation skills; attention to detail 
while staying focused on 
the bigger, strategic picture
Ability to be quickly assess issues, develop multiple options, and 
drive to quick 
resolution while managing all the people issues. 
Positive approach, problem solving skills and master team builder 
while driving to 
superb results.
Works quickly, stays on top of issues and project schedule (and 
always on data 
quality)
