GeoWeb's Job Search Engine is a word-based, full-text search engine. You can use any words, such as "Engineer", "Programmer", "CEO", etc. as your keyword.

To broaden your search, select "Matches on any words (OR)". That tells GeoWeb you want all jobs with at least one of the words you have entered (e.g. "Programmer Analyst" would yield any job description with either "Programmer" or "Analyst" in it).

To narrow your search, select "Matches on all words (AND)". That tells GeoWeb you only want jobs with all of the words you have entered (e.g. "Software Engineer" would yield only job descriptions with both "Software" and "Engineer" in it).

To search jobs in a city, just enter the name of the city in the keyword field, select a state and select "Matches on all words (AND)". (e.g. "Houston Software Engineer" would yield "Software Engineer" jobs in Houston)
